Associate Executive Director
Timothy R. Baack, MS, LPC
Tim Baack, MS, LPC, is TCCM’s Associate Executive Director and serves as the organization’s Chief of Staff. Tim also oversees the agency’s human resources, fund development activities, and internal operations. Tim completed his graduate internship within TCCM's Counseling Program, and prior to his current position he served as TCCM's Men's Support Group Program Coordinator and Pathfinders Program Director.
A graduate of Marquette University and UW- Milwaukee, Tim is a state Licensed Professional Counselor who has worked in the nonprofit human services field for over 25 years. Previous professional work has included tenures with the Milwaukee Council on Drug Abuse (serving as Director of the Underground Switchboard), and the AIDS Resource Center of WI, where he developed mental health, medical, and supportive services programs. Tim currently serves as Board President for the statewide Wisconsin Association for Homeless and Runaway Services (WAHRS), as well as Secretary for the Milwaukee-based Shelter Director’s Group, a component of the HUD Continuum of Care community coalition.
Tim lives in Pewaukee, WI with his partner John and their dog Edgar Allen.
